The taxi driver will be waiting for you outside of the arrivals lounge at the airport or at the ferry`s exit, holding a placard with your name on it.

The journey time is approx. 15 minutes from Heraklion airport and 5 minutes from the Heraklion port.

The cost for a taxi transfer from Heraklion Airport & Port to the hotel is 25,00€ per way.

Each taxi can carry maximum 4 persons & 4 medium size suitcases.

Please note that, in case of oversized or large number of luggage (normal luggage size 50 x 28 x 77 cm) an additional transfer may be required.

Departure transfers can be arranged in the hotel directly with the reception desk.

Upon your transfer request, the hotel will send you a final confirmation. In case you will not receive a confirmation within 48 hours, please contact the hotel.

• The cost of this service will be added to your hotel bill and will be settled upon arrival.
• In case you cannot locate the driver holding a placard with your name, please contact the hotel at 0030 2818 100100. Should a ‘no show’ occur as a result of the guest leaving the airport/port without first contacting the hotel promptly, then the full charge will be payable by the guest.
• If the passenger does not travel or an error has been made with the booking such as the wrong date or time and the taxi has been sent to the pickup location for that date and time then the full fare will be charged.
